Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns on Modafinil once the shipment has been dispatched or delivered, as it is a pharmaceutical product. This policy guarantees the safety, integrity, and adherence to health regulations of the product.
No returns are accepted for opened or unopened Modafinil packages.
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of getting your package if there is a problem with it, such as damage or a mistake in delivery.

Refund Policy for Modafinil 200mg
When we give refunds, these things happen:
Lost in Transit
You can only get this in the UK. If your order doesn’t come within 15 working days of the shipping date and tracking doesn’t show a delivery confirmation, we will either:
- Send your order again for free
- OR
- Give you a full refund (minus the cost of shipping).
Damaged or Incorrect Order
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery if your package is broken or has the wrong item(s). We’ll either get you a new one or a refund.
To quickly handle claims, we may ask for photos as proof.
Refunds Not Applicable When
- You put in the wrong address for delivery.
- After a failed delivery attempt, you did not pick up the package.
- Because of personal reasons, you rejected the delivery.
- Royal Mail tracking showed that the package was delivered safely.
Reshipment Guarantee
We’ll send your order again for free if it gets lost or taken. The new package will be sent through a tracked Royal Mail service with the same care and privacy as the first package.
These rules only allow one reshipment per original sale. In some cases, a return may be given if the reshipment also doesn’t work.
Cancellation Policy
You can change your mind about your order before it’s sent out. You can’t cancel your order once you’ve been given a tracking number.

Processing Time for Refunds
Depending on how you paid, refunds are handled in 3 to 7 business days after they are approved. When you get a cryptocurrency return, you will be given the same amount of money back in British pounds.
